Warrior or survivor?

Not there with you

I wasn't living,

I was just surviving.

Something i did when you were gone.

I look around in this blood mess,

Too messy to even get along.

You were looking at the time,

and i was looking at you,

and now i'm no longer with you.

My shadow follows,

My heart, it battles

the fear of missing someone this late.

Im there in the wind,

thats touching you skin,

but i'm not there with you.

You can't feel my face,

feel my pain,

feel what you've lost.

I'm there in the sky,

with the sun it shines bright,

but i'm just not there with you.

Confusions can't always be resolved.

And even if they do, its too late.

And you think i'll leave your sight too early,

but this is something that can't easily be forgotten,

and i'm the blame taker for everything.

The wind it blows,

The candle explodes.

The people running here and there.

But i look around in places,

where i see your shadow more often.

The smell of flowers,

The smell of rain,

Yet i'm not there with you.

Bloody ink in my handwriting,

no one can see.

Water droplets from my eyes.

That are too heavy to be carried alone,

i want your all,

yet im not there with you.

I'm not there with you.

So far from home,

yet not close to my destination,

i just lose hope,

And i'm not there with you.

I'm like the moon.

Chasing you wherever you go,

but i'm not there with you,

The street is now quiet,

ever since we left.

The pathway is basically d*ad,

I wish for something much better.

After this i hope to never be there with you.
