I woke up with Nathan's arm wrapped around my waist but it wasn't touching the bandage I had on my stab wound.

I looked over my shoulder at Nathan and smiled to myself, quickly putting my head back on the pillow before he woke up to me smiling at him.
I think Parker's right...
