Why do I constantly allow myself to put up with so much bull s**t. I’m tired, I’m hurt, and finally wanna heal from the things I’ve went through. It’s been months since me and Darby called it quits and somehow I still can’t seem to get over him. I tried to keep the s****l history and drop my feelings but it wasn’t working so I tried cutting him off s**t and that didn’t work either I need some help let me call my girl Tracy. *Calls Tracy* Tracy- Hey Breee you was just on my mind you need to get out my head lol Breanna- Hey Tracy you been on mine heavy too I was just calling because I need some advice bad Tracy- well you know you called the right person for that I was just about to ask what’s been up with you because You haven’t been yourself ever since you and Darby broke up. Breanna- man where do I even start. I feel so broken man have you ever tried to beg a person to love you how you should be loved ? Begged my dad too and now I’m begging a nigga too how much of a clown can I be before I realize my worth ? Tracy- you are no clown and you cannot blame those sorry excuses of men who don’t know how to love or be loved make you feel any less of who you are. Breanna- I hear you I really do but Tracy that’s easier said then done I put my all into Darby just for him to cheat with his ex and mess with one of my “friends” but yet still i’m still in love with this man. I can’t blame nobody but myself for being hurt, s**t not even him because I’ve allowed so much to the point where he knows he can get away with it. Tracy- Well now you now the issue so fix it! But I will talk to you when I’m off work my lunch break over Breanna- okay girl let me get back to the office too. *phone call ends* Breanna Talking to Tracy really be therapeutic for me. I really hope that girl knows how much I appreciate her. While leaving Chick-fil-A I bumped into Javon and damn he look good. I haven’t seen that man since high school Javon- Bre is that you? Aw s**t let me run hopefully he didn’t see me Javon I could have sworn I just saw Breanna walking past me but if it was her she would have stopped when I called her name. Hell who am I l fooling no she wouldn’t. And I couldn’t blame her for not responding after our history and what I’ve put her through. Let me go into work it’s my first day as the new boss and I hope these people like me. Coworkers - I wonder when the new boss will get here Tracy- s**t I wonder if he look good Breanna- Tracy I don’t know why you wondering if he look good when you married and he’s your boss. Tracy- Girl that don’t mean nothing I can look all I want I just can’t touch. Breanna- Girl you are crazy, I can’t believe I’m about to be an assistant to a boss I’ve never met before. Tracy- long as the new boss nicer than rude Brenda then I think you will be okay Breanna- I hope so, I gotta go the boss just texted me he’s arrived so I have to go downstairs to get him I’ll be back. Breanna Calm down Breanna you’ve met new people before who cares that it’s a new boss introduce yourself as normal hello nice to meet you I’m Breanna no I can’t say that because he will already know who I am. While walking out the elevator I couldn’t help but feel nervous I’ve been talking to the new boss over text and emails for a while and somehow he seems familiar but I know I have no clue who he is. While walking downstairs I see a tall brow skinned man in a suit and instantly started to blush I haven’t even seen the man’s face but I can tell he cleans up nice. I walk to the man facing behind and questionably said Mr.Singh and was surprised by the face I saw turn around Breanna- Javon YOUR MY NEW BOSS Javon- Breanna I had no clue this was the office that you worked for so I’m guessing your my assistant I’ve been talking to for the past few weeks. Breanna- ye yes umm that’s me your new assistant Javon- Well are you going to give me a hug or just stand there? Breanna- of course… As I walked to give Javon a hug I instantly felt secure in his arms while inhaling the smell of his cologne, this man has glowed up since we last talked and I couldn’t help but stare at him. Time to snap out of it and take him to meet everyone. Breanna- well let’s get you upstairs you have lot’s of people waiting to meet you Javon- Oh do I ? then lead the way Javon - Breanna being in my arms was everything to me I miss the way she made me feel every time she came around. I couldn’t believe she was my new assistant and watching her lead me well let’s just say I can get use to this. Breanna- We are here I’ll let you go in first in introduce yourself are you nervous? Javon- Not anymore with you here it’s good seeing a familiar face come inside and stand next to me you know to keep the nerves down. Breanna- sure thing Mr.Englton lol Javon- Hello everyone as you may have known HIGHTOP is under new management and I will be the person taking over now. My name is Mr.Englton and I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If you will all excuse me I have a lot of work to jump into. Coworkers- whew I didn’t expect the boss to look that good I’ll have to make a list of questions to ask just so I can go see him. Breanna Those girls act so thirsty every-time they see a new man in the office not to self never bring any male in my life here. Breanna- Great job Mr.Englton they all loved you and your introduction was perfect. Javon- Thank you Ms.Brown it helped with you being there. Breanna- You would have done good regardless. Let’s get to business though shall we? This is everyone’s work number in the office all you do is hit there speed dial on the phone and it calls their cubicle I’m going to start the list we discussed yesterday afternoon, if you need anything I will be at my desk right outside your door.
