The day they threw me into the volcano was the day they believed my story had ended

I was born different ...or so everyone believed

but had wings that no one knows

Betrayed by the only man she ever trusted and thrown into the Forbidden Volcano, Astera was supposed to die.

Instead, she awakens an ancient power older than the Four Great Packs, bonds with a mysterious dragon-like creature, and discovers that her wolf was never lost—it was sealed.

Hunted by powerful enemies and hiding under a new identity, Astera enters the Royal Alpha Academy and the legendary Moon Challenge, where the heirs of the Fire, Ocean, Earth, and Sky Packs compete for glory.

As forgotten prophecies awaken and a hidden enemy threatens the entire werewolf world, Astera must uncover the truth about her bloodline, master unimaginable powers, and decide whether to trust the man who once betrayed her.

Some queens inherit their throne.

Others are chosen by destiny.

The Girl Who Refused to Die
The chains bit into Astera's wrists, tearing through her skin as two warriors dragged her toward the edge of the abyss. Clang... Clang... Clang... Each metallic echo rolled across the silent mountain like the tolling of a funeral bell. No one spoke. No one dared. Before them stood the Eternal Volcano—the most feared place in the history of the Werewolf Realm. It wasn't a prison. It wasn't exile. It was a death sentence from which no one had ever returned. The crater stretched endlessly, filled with rivers of molten fire that churned like an angry sea. Pillars of flame erupted into the sky while clouds of black ash swallowed the stars. Thousands of wolves lined the rim of the volcano. Alphas. Lunas. Warriors. Nobles. Commoners. Every eye was fixed on the girl in chains. Some looked satisfied. Some watched with pity. Others lowered their heads, unwilling to witness what was about to happen. Astera slowly lifted her face. Bruises covered her pale skin. Blood stained her torn clothes, but her silver-grey eyes still held a spark that refused to die. A bitter smile curved her lips. "So..." "This is how my story ends." No one answered. The silence hurt more than the chains. An elder stepped forward, his long white robes fluttering in the scorching wind. His voice was cold and emotionless. "Astera..." "You stand condemned for crimes against the packs." "Your existence has brought nothing but disgrace." "By the decree of the Four Royal Packs..." "You are sentenced to the Eternal Volcano." His staff struck the ground. "There shall be no mercy." "There shall be no appeal." "There shall be no return." The mountain trembled. Astera closed her eyes. Not because she was afraid. Because memories came rushing back. A gentle laugh. A pair of warm hands fixing her messy hair. Long nights spent reading books beneath candlelight. Hours inside her workshop, creating inventions no one believed in. A soft voice whispering— "Never let the world decide your worth." The memory shattered. A rough hand slammed into her back. She stumbled. Then... There was nothing beneath her feet. She was falling. The world disappeared. The freezing wind screamed in her ears as the crater walls blurred into rivers of black stone and crimson fire. Her chains rattled violently. The deeper she fell, the hotter the air became. Every breath burned. Every heartbeat felt heavier than the last. The smell of sulfur and ash filled her lungs. Suddenly— Crash! Her body slammed onto a narrow ledge jutting from the volcanic wall. Pain exploded through every bone. She gasped, barely able to breathe. Hope flickered for a single heartbeat. Then... CRACK! The ledge split apart. Astera looked down. Below her stretched an endless ocean of molten magma. "No..." The rock beneath her feet gave way. She fell once more. Straight into the heart of the volcano. The lava swallowed her whole. Agony beyond imagination consumed her. She screamed. Her skin blistered instantly. The iron chains glowed red-hot against her flesh. Every nerve felt as though it were being torn apart. She fought. She clawed at the molten river. She searched desperately for something... Anything... To hold on to. There was nothing. Only fire. Only darkness. Only death. The current dragged her deeper. Minutes became an eternity. Her screams grew weaker. Her body stopped responding. Even the unbearable pain began fading. Not because it had ended... But because she no longer had the strength to feel it. "So..." "This..." "...is death." Her eyelids grew heavy. Darkness crept into the edges of her vision. Far above... Beyond the smoke and ash... The full moon finally broke free from the clouds. A single silver beam pierced the darkness. It slipped silently through the mouth of the volcano. No wolf saw it. No elder sensed it. The light descended into the inferno... Until it reached the girl everyone had abandoned. The moment it touched Astera... The volcano fell silent. Not completely. Just enough. The raging magma slowed. The unbearable flames retreated. Silver light wrapped around her broken body like a mother's embrace. The burns that should have killed her began healing. Slowly. Silently. Her shattered skin renewed itself. Her breathing steadied. Her heartbeat grew stronger. Astera's blurred vision sharpened. Her cracked spectacles slipped from her face and disappeared beneath the molten river forever. For the first time in years... She could see. Perfectly. She stared at her trembling hands. Tiny strands of silver-golden fire danced across her fingertips. Unlike the lava around her... These flames felt warm. Gentle. Alive. They didn't burn her. They answered her. Astera's eyes widened. "What..." "...are you?" The flames suddenly surged higher. A brilliant silver-golden aura erupted around her body. The magma surrounding her began to move. Not because of the volcano... But because something inside her had awakened. Deep beneath the Eternal Volcano... An ancient heartbeat echoed through the darkness. Boom... Astera froze. It wasn't her heartbeat. It came from somewhere beneath the lava. Boom... The molten river began swirling into a gigantic whirlpool. Ancient chains buried for thousands of years slowly rose from the depths. Something enormous... Opened its glowing golden eyes. And for the first time in countless centuries... It spoke a single name. "...My Queen."
