Fitted for a king

Chapter 12

We all file into the very big elevator and head to the third floor. The third floor that was only accessed by my father now belongs to my mate and me. When the elevator doors opened to reveal the third floor it wasn’t anything I could have expected.

I saw a hallway to my left that had two doors on the left one on the right. An open bay window with bookcases on each side of the window. A beautiful black seat comforter with lavender pillows. Huge tv and stand. Kitchen. Dining room living room. I’m taking everything in.

Fred’s POV

I see my daughter noticing every detail in the room she gasped as the ceiling has stars and crescent moon with two wolves howling at it. She hasn’t even seen the surprise I designed for her. There she goes straight to it. The three room each have something the both will need. And of course their master bedroom. She walks into the first room on the left. The eyes she gave me as she walks into her personal art studio. It also had many books on archeological artifacts and the stuff she was working on from work and school. So she knows I’ve always respected her choices. Her mate Johnson’s reaction made me look more closely at their mate bond.

Johnson ran over the painting on the wall and ran his hands across it. “I was dealing a young girl once. Nothing creepy so please don’t give me those looks. I saw the young girl sad and upset at a lost love. I watched her pour her heart out into this beautiful painting. I was upset at the person who did to her. I felt protective over this person. I wanted to stop her paaainnn…”

My daughter froze and looked at me then she ran to her mate and hugged him so hard. She began to cry and I saw her mate give me a questioning look. Time to save the young man.

“I remember that day all to well Johnson. My daughter came home to tell me a boy cheated on her. Keira was in her room painting and was visited by you. She for sure thought our pack house was haunted.”

“Seems it wasn’t just a dream for either of you. You appeared to my daughter at her most troublesome moment in a young wolfs life.” Johnson’s eyes went big then he nuzzled in head into her neck and hugged her tightly.

“Alllll right” I say as I search my head,” let’s give them some time to explore this floor on their own. They r been though a lot and I’m sure you want to rest and get in a good shower. Your master bedroom has its own private master restroom.” I sat while pulling out my wife and daughter.

“Oh yeah by the office you have another elevator it leads to a personal rooftop garden and gazebo it’s only for you guys.” I wink and left them there hugging each other.

Johnson’s POV

I was so sad to lose my mother figure in my life. She sacrificed herself for me and my mate to live. I can now only get into the right frame of mind. HeL my heart and learn all I can. Unleash my powers to protect my mate and this pack.

I pull away from my mate so we can take in our new home. My mate has a very loving family and I see where Ren got it from. The second door on the left led into a huge basketball court/ workout room/ sauna. We just couldn’t believe what we where staring at. Then she looks back to the hallway.

“Let’s see what is across the hall” Kiera ran out to the room and I heard her gasp.

I walked into an Olympic sized swimming we just couldn’t stop from smiling at it my wolf was like I’m going swimming in here for sure. We make our way to the master bedroom it was at the end of the hall but had three steps leading up into the bedroom. I saw our names over the walk in closets that were on opposite sides of the bed. When we walked in we could see that the closet are joined in the middle so I can hear my mate squeak at her stuff. I of course was dumbfounded because in my closet were suits, ties, dress shoes. Drawers that were lined with watches, cuff links,socks workout clothes and regular shoes.

“How did your dad know my exact size and what’s with the suits I don’t think I’ve ever even touched a suit before.?”

Kiera notices my uneasiness at first and then she touches my arm calming my body at her touch.

“Mate with us on our pack lands I’m sure my father will host many events. Which will soon lead to us taking over our pack.”

I’m shocked at this news. Only because she was gonna live with me for the rest of our lives with Ren if she didn’t sacrifice herself. I didn’t even think my mate wanted to run her pack anymore. I felt something change in me. Our pack to protect and love.

“Kiera I’m with you 100%. I just can’t forget the threat looming over me.”

Kiera grabbed my face in her soft hands. “Johnson the threat is now my threat. The pack will protect us and we protect them as their new Luna and Alpha.”

King howled at my mate calling us her Alpha. I wanted to take her right then and there. I felt this aura escape and my power began growing.

“Things will never be the same for us” I say as I chuckle

My mate looks at me and wiggles her eyebrow “ Sooo want to go skinny dipping with Aurora and I?”

King howled and we gave chase to our mate.
