I walked into his office and took a seat. Only then did he settle back into his chair.
"I came to see you to give you a suggestion."
He looked at me with widened eyes and then laughed. "If this is about Dr Laurie..."
I chuckled. "I have nothing to say about her."
Dr Simms looked at me, surprised. "I'm listening," he said.
"My visit is about my fated mate, Miss Zoe Morris," I stated, and Dr Simms looked at me, confused.
"What about her?" he asked.
"As you know, she has been working here as a student for many years. I want to change that."
Dr Simms's eyes widened. "Do you mean you want me to rush her exams?"
I smiled and shook my head. "No, that's not what I meant. I want her to work in a better position for a better salary, now that her status has changed."
