I woke the next morning in Michael's embrace. We were both off work for the afternoon. We had the whole day to spend with one another. I lay there with his arms wrapped around me. I felt so warm laying there in his arms.
I loved him with my whole heart. We worked it out. But it still bothered me that he could go to college and he dropped out to be with me. He had so much going for him. He was such a smart wonderful man. He was throwing away his future for me.
Could I really allow him to keep doing that? Give up on his education? I sigh as I rest my head on his chest. Holding him close to me.

"Morning Steph" he says softly to me.

"Steph, I love you" he vows.

"What a way to wake up" he laughs as he holds me in his embrace.
"Agreed" I laugh.
"So, what do you want to do today?" he wonders. "Stay in bed all day?" he teases.
"That would be a lot of fun" I giggle. "But we could not stay in bed all day long. Could we?" I giggle.
"Why not?" he laughs.
He pulls me close. Then kisses me again.
Someone knocks on my door.
"I wonder who that could be?" I say.
"Ignore it" he pleads.
"Michael, I have to answer" I laugh. "Or they will return"
"Please, Steph" he begs.
"Come on let me answer. Then I will be right back" I offer.
I get a robe on. Then I go to answer the door. There stands our friends. Paulette and Johnny.

"What do you guys want?" I ask. I cross my arms feeling annoyed.
They come in letting themselves in.
"My what have you two been up to?" jokes Johnny as he sees Michael come out wearing nothing, but jeans and he was shirtless.
"None of your business. Johnny. What do you want?" I sigh feeling a little annoyed.
"We are heading bowling with the whole g**g. You guys in?" Paulette asks us.
"You know that does sound like fun" I tell Michael. "But if you are not up for it...."
"No, we can do that. That sounds great!" says Michael.
He places an arm around my shoulder.
"Great! What time?" I ask them.
"This afternoon around three" says Paulette.
"We will see you guys there" I tell them.
Paulette drags me aside.

"You better tell me everything tonight" she begs me.
I smile. "I might" I joke.
"Come on I tell you everything" she pouts.
I laugh.
"Paulette these two love birds are clearly busy. Let's leave them alone" says Johnny.
He whisks Paulette out of there.
Michael pulls me back in his arms. "Now where did we leave off?" he jokes.
I kiss him and hold him close. "Right about here" I tell him.
"You remembered" he jokes. "So, you do not really tell Paulette everything we do, do you?" he wonders curiously. "What do girls talk about?" he asks me.
"I can't say. It would break the girl code. The Pink Ladies code" I tease.
His eyes grow wide. "There is a code eh?" he asks me.
"I was teasing" I laugh. "There is no code"
"Are you sure there is no code?" he worries.
"Michael" I giggle.
I lead him into the bedroom. "Let's forget about the girls" I joke.
"Alright" he agrees.
"We have until three pm, to spend the rest of the day here in the bedroom" I remind him.
"I like the way you think" he says softly.
I lay him down on the bed. "Make love to me Michael" I whisper to him.
I lay on top of him. I had to show him all I had to give. I loved him with my whole heart.
Later on, that afternoon we met the g**g at the bowling alley. I sit with Paulette and Johnny over at their table. Michael and Johnny go to get us girls some food. Hamburgers and French fries. I tell Paulette everything going on with Michael including, about college. And my worries on it.

"Why not see if you can get into his college. You are smarter than you give yourself credit for Steph" mentions Paulette.
"Me? Me go to college? I hated high school" I remind her.
"I know. But college you can pick your classes" she reminds me.
"I do not know if Michael would go back for me. What if that does not work?" I worry. "Then what if I am stuck in college without him?"
"No, he would go to back if you went" says Paulette.
"I don't know" I sigh.
It was something to think over. Michael might go back if I went with him.
"You talking about me?" Michael asks as he sets the food on the table for us to enjoy.
"Maybe" I say. "Maybe not" I giggle.
"Girl code. Sorry" says Paulette.
"Did she tell you to say that?" Michael laughs.
Paulette laughs.
It was good to be out with the g**g after school was over with. Could I even get into a college? I never bothered to really try? I figured I would not get in. That I was not college material. If I went to college what would I major in? I sigh. I would do anything for Michael. I know he would look out for me to. But this was a really big step for me. This was....
