~Eastern continent~
great forest~
In the furthest east of the great Heose continent, lies a forest governed by elves.
In the north, the trees, houses, and the castle were covered in the white blanket of snow. The rivers are frozen and caves become ice tunnels. This is the home of the ice elves, ruled by Lady Cecilia. A beautiful elf with flowing icy blue hair and skin as pale as the snow she governed.
In the west, is the territory of Lord Lewin, the leader of the wind elves. They lived above trees and build ladders connecting one house to another. They wore peculiar clothing in brown, and red stripe-like marks are visible on their faces and bodies.
Going down to the south is where the dark elves lived. Unlike other elves, they have darker skin tones and blue-black hair. Their population ranges from 1,000 to 2500. They are currently under the Lord Kei.
And in the east, is the forest elves, they are the ideal elves for the humans. Although weaker, they share some similarities with the high elves, like their blonde hair. The forest elves are ruled by Lady Erga,
And in the center of the forest, a castle of magnificence stands tall. On the right, was an ancient temple, resembling the temple of gods in Greek mythology, giving light and hope to those who come near.
On the left was a tower, it pierced the clouds and seemingly still going higher. This is their resting place.
Where the original, the mother of Elves slumbers.
The monarch's shrine, a place comparable to the pyramid of ancient Egypt, where the pharaoh's body lies.
It's a sacred place, the resting tomb for the kings and queens that ruled the great elven race.
In one of its chambers, the moonlight passes through the giant windows and shone toward a particular object.
It was a wooden bed.
Resting inside, was a beautiful woman, her locks were the same color as the moon, and her skin was as pale as the winter snow.
Her wooden bed was adorned with precious gems and flowers. Her face looked peaceful, that one wouldn't think that she's been in slumber for five hundred years.
Her finger twitched slightly, and slowly, the woman opened her eyes. She was greeted by the black ceiling and the dim lights of the chandelier.
She slowly got up and touched her forehead, the woman was confused for a moment before memories flooded her brain. About what happened five hundred years ago and why she entered hibernation.
"That's right. That bastard s*nofabitch died already" the woman left her bed, she stretched her arms and legs for a while. It's been a while since she moved around and it's proving quite hard. Seeing that she's been asleep for five hundred years.
"Now then, what to do?" She asked herself. "Should I revive that bastard and kill him again?" Her voice was full of anger and disdain.
Still thinking about her next move, the woman exited the tomb. Unknown to her, the four elven leaders felt her presence.
They all rushed out of their castles and without a word, they made their way to the grand castle located in the middle of the forest.
Upon arriving, they saw each other. All of them are looking above, at the tower that's piercing the sky.
"She's awoken" Cecilia smiled softly, not taking her eyes off the tower.
"Let's go and greet her majesty, the queen" Erga looked at them, her smile reaching her ears.
The others nodded in agreement and entered the tomb together. However, what greeted them was not what they expected.
There was no one inside. Clearly, one of the rooms is empty, so where is she?
"Did she leave already?" Lewin questioned, looking at the coffin, he noticed that the gems had all disappeared.
"She must've taken the gems and set off. You all know how the Queen is" Erga pointed, the others couldn't say anything because she had a point.
"It's hide and seek then" Kei, the dark elven leader murmured. He looked outside the window and watched a particular place from a great distance.
"I'll find you, my queen," he said, before disappearing in thin air. The others didn't even notice him gone and continued looking for clues to their queen's whereabouts.
