There was a brief look of impatience and then he took a breath and replied, “I make day to day business decisions concerning company operations and I keep the Board of Directors informed of critical matters.”
Scott spent the next two hours taking Cook through his education and the positions he held before arriving at Aligor as its CEO. It was the kind of background that Cook wasn't anxious to discuss. His expression evidenced his unhappiness with having to put up with this inquiry. Once he had the rhythm of such questioning, Scott made a sudden change in direction.
