7:00 a.m.
Lee was satisfied with the mileage he had gotten from his Emperor Elevator uniform. Seldom was he able to use the same disguise on multiple occasions, but this one kept working. No one noticed an elevator repair guy going about his business. Of course, he was now in a residential area and there were no elevators in sight, but elevator repair guys had to live somewhere, and they would likely get up early to go about their esoteric tasks.
The morning was overcast, and most people weren't yet out on the streets. Lee drove the rented van past Sean Garner's place slowly, noting that the garage was closed.
