Chapter Twenty-OneJuly 27 11:35 p.m. As Sean Garner studied Justin Palmer's neighborhood, a car was parked across the street from his next-door neighbor, in a location that gave the visitor a clear view of Sean's house while keeping the car outside of the glow of any streetlight. The visitor studied the two-story house and its surroundings for a time. Lights were on in the southeast quadrant of the house; the ground floor away from the garage. Most of the other residents on the street had turned in for the night and lights were off, with the exception of security lighting and motion lights that could be triggered by the unwelcome or an adventurous cat.
