WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT ?
Praduman was a happy 7-year-old boy, always excited about going to school and learning new things. He lived with his loving parents in a small village on the outskirts of the city. Praduman's father worked hard as a farmer and his mother took care of their home. They were a middle-class family but never lacked love and happiness.
Praduman went to an international school, situated in the middle of their village. It was a beautiful school with modern facilities and a big playground. Praduman loved going to school, playing with his friends and learning new things from his teachers.
One day, as Praduman and his elder sister Janni were walking to their classes, janni went to her class upstairs and praduman was going to his class and were stopped by a boy from the 11th standard. His name was Battu and he was known for being a good pianist in the school, he was also a trouble maker and was an average in studies. Battu spoke to Praduman in a kind manner and asked him to come to the school toilet with him. Praduman, being a naive and innocent child, followed him without any hesitation.
Little did Praduman know, but Battu had brought a knife with him and as soon as they entered the toilet, he brutally killed Praduman by slitting his throat. It was a horrifying scene and nobody knew what had actually happened. Battu, who was from a rich and influential family, had connections with the government officials and the police.
The police initially tried to catch the killer but due to Battu's connections, they were unable to do so. In order to close the case quickly, they arrested the school bus conductor as the suspect. However, Praduman's parents were not convinced and they wanted justice for their son. They refused to believe that the bus conductor was the killer and demanded the case to be handed over to the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation).
The CBI team arrived at the school and went through all the evidence. Finally, they found a CCTV footage that showed Battu taking Praduman to the toilet and leaving alone after a few minutes. They also found out that Battu had been requesting his friends to do his homework for money and he had been causing trouble for others in the school. The friend of battu said the cbi officers that battu was very afraid that day and he didn't write the exam.Battu told him that when I went to the toilet I saw a boy lying there bleeding, I told the teacher. The teacher said go and tell this to the head teacher, so I went to the head teacher's room and I told this to the head teacher. After that he came to the class and said, "Don't you think I killed him because I saw him first?" He asked me this many times that day. This was the turning point of the case.
Battu's main motive behind killing Praduman was to cancel the exams for that day and avoid his parents from attending the parent-teacher meeting. He didn't want his parents to know about his poor academic performance and wanted to maintain his reputation as a feared and powerful student.
During their investigation, the CBI team also discovered that Battu was a talented piano player but he was only average in his studies. He had been given a lot of pocket money by his parents, which he used to manipulate others and maintain his image.
Meanwhile, Praduman's parents were shattered by their son's death. They couldn't believe that such a young and innocent boy could be killed in such a brutal manner. The teachers and the school bus conductor were devastated as well, as they had been fond of Praduman.
The conductor had taken Praduman to the hospital but unfortunately, he had already passed away. The doctors told his father that Praduman had died before reaching the hospital. When the school teacher called Praduman's father to inform him about his son, he initially thought that Praduman had only minor injuries from a small fight. But when he reached the hospital, he was heartbroken to see his lifeless son.
Praduman's father fought for justice for his child. The parents of all the students of the school turned against it and protested in front of the school, demanding justice for Praduman. Battu's father, being an influential advocate, tried to take his son out of the case, but their efforts were in vain.
In the end, Battu was charged with murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment. Praduman's parents finally got the justice they deserved, but they would never be able to get their son back. Praduman's sister Janni was also deeply affected by her brother's death, but she found solace in knowing that justice was served.
The incident had a huge impact on the whole village and the school. The safety measures in the school were strengthened and the incident served as a reminder for everyone to be aware of their surroundings and to teach children about stranger danger.
Praduman's innocent and tragic death was a reminder for people to always be cautious and to never let their guard down, especially when it comes to the safety of children. His death may have been untimely, but it brought together a community and showed the importance of standing up for what is right.
Praduman's family was happy because their son got justice
