You wouldn't believe me if I just told you- However, I can't show you either. Believe this if you will, go if you don't. Only read on if you are willing to believe me. On the first day of 9th grade, aka the first day of high school, I ran to the bus– I greeted the bus driver, she said hello back. She seemed kind. Though, she looked visibly upset. I hope she's okay I thought to myself. Anyway, I went and took my seat. I watched the other kids load onto the bus, and smiled when I realized my friend from kindergarten was in my year! By the way, it was a split class. Jk/Sk. I didn't know what grade they were, so I just hoped. Hoped that they would actually be in my grade. Turns out they were. And then- where it seemed like it would be a good year- boy was I wrong. The class bully- Sticks- was in my grade too- did I mention mine and my best friends names? I don't think I did. Mine is Candy, their's is Egg. Our parents don't know why they named us this. We sure stand out, and much more in high school. Well, that's enough of the introductions. Now to deal with the bully. I sigh loudly, realizing I already had an argument with my mother today. I don't have many words left. Whatever, ignorance it is. This, is exactly why, I don't come out of my room.
