CLARA'S POV
I was expecting to wake up on my bed, but as I slowly opened my eyes, I found myself in a different room. A familiar room but not mine. The sun's rays illuminated through the thin hole of the curtains, welcoming me to a brand new day.
"You're awake." I heard Gerek's voice. My eyes bulged up, I jerked up. He was sitting on his leather chair, his focus was on his computer before him.
"What happened?" I asked, unable to recall last night. All I could recall was watching the movie and nothing else.
"You dozed off while watching your favorite movie star." I heard Gerek say as he turned to look at me. He flashed me a smile and stood up to his feet.
