I reached to Alpha office in no time. The stairs were getting so much easier every time. I knocked 3 times as always. I expected the normal answer but it didn’t come.
“Come in!” Was said Instead. I pushed the door open to see Jackson, his mum and dad, both betas and both Gammas stood around the desk. I smiled as I entered but something was off. The atmosphere was tense in here.
“What’s going on?” I asked as I turned around.
“Come take a seat Lauren,” the Alpha said.
I walked to the empty chair beside Jackson. As I went to sit on it he pulled me onto his knee, making me giggle. Not for long though.
“I am so glad you two are paired up and happy,” the Alpha started saying “But, we have a problem. The coronation is in 3 days. The other Alphas and families will be starting to arrive
