Chapter 3

Juliette pov Damn I'm tall. I mean taller than five years ago. Becca owns a bigass mirror on her closet doors and let me tell you I grew up just fiiiineeee. I probably need to put some meat here and there, but now all cleaned and scrubbed I look and feel amazing. Her sweatpants are bit loose on me but I managed. My hair is butt long and that needs to go. Eyes still look dull, but it's ok. One step at a time. Next step is to reach that kitchen because something smells awesome. -"That smells amazing". I said and took seat on bar breakfast. Becca just turned my way with huge smile across her nicely tanned face. I was served with amazing spaghetti with meatballs. I muttered a little thank you. We ate in silence so I took my time to have a better look at Becca. She was almost same height as me, and her body was very fit. Her face had beautiful features and already mentioned light blue eyes. She looked oddly familiar but can't remember if I ever saw her before. Anyway... -"This is delicious Becca, thank you so much". She just smiled, finished her meal and put plate away. I got confused at her sudden change of mood because she looked like she's about to cry any second now. -"You don't remember me do you?" Becca asked with now one lone tear running down her cheek. -"I don't understand, I'm sorry". She helped me out and now she's crying because of me. I feel like sh*t right now. -"Alexis where were you all this time?" I froze. How she knows? Who the hell is she?? And how she knows my middle name?? Is she a friend or foe? Dad used to say you can always tell that just follow your instinct, but his own brother stabbed him in the back, so I don't know how much reliable is that now. I guess I'll just go with next best thing to do. -"WHO ARE YOU??!!" I jumped from my seat, threw a plate at her and screamed my lungs out. . . . . . Becca pov I still can't believe she is here. Alexis fainted after she screamed at me like banshee, but I menaged to catch her before she hit the floor. Now she lies on my couch I'm just standing there in emotional mess looking at her. She's alive. She's here and alive. Of course she doesn't remember me. Last time I saw her was over six years ago at her eleventh birthday. She always had mix of her parents looks, but she's more like her dad now. After she got cleaned, the moment she entered kitchen I couldn't believe my nose nor my eyes, so I was just taking her in silently until I couldn't take it anymore. So I scared her. Great. Who knows where she was and what she had been through. The condition she was in when she arrived at the bar few hours ago, tells me it was probably some hell hole for sure. She smells a bit different too. Like something is missing. Maybe she was poisoned so her wolf is dormant. Should I even inform someone that I found her or wait and talk to her? To see what situation really is? Does she knows her parents are gone?... . . . . -"Oh dear Godess what I'm going to do?"
