Nala’s POV.
“Nala! Nala! Nala!” Gwen’s voice pierces through the thick fog in my head and snaps me out of my trance. “Jeez… did you even hear anything I said?”
“Oh…uhm…yeah.”
“You don’t look like you heard anything.” She sighs deeply and folds her arms neatly under the swell of her breasts, “is something wrong?”
“Of course not, why would something be wrong. The only thing I am worried about is the mysterious fellow you were with in the hallway that day.”
She smirks, “Now you’re just changing the topic.”
“I am not the one changing it, you are.” I insist.
“I would be with the other maids,” she says as she straightens the hem of my dress, “the fire destroyed a few things that we need to replace, so I might be busy for a while but you would have tea with the Luna this afternoon.”
