Chapter Seven

The next day we head over to my dads he invited all my sisters and my nieces and nephews for a cookout. He made sure to get all my favorites even down to barbq Middlesworth chips and brichbeer. Man I missed everyone I can’t believe I’ve been gone for so long but then I wouldn’t have met so many new people. As I talked to my sisters I noticed Liam and my dad disappeared. I look around and the kids were having a blast with their ten cousins they even got to see their Mimi her and my dad get along better when not together.

So I asked George if I could talk to him about Bella and the kids. Man I fell for them as soon as I laid eyes on them. What can I help you with son???? I was wondering if you would be ok if I ask Bella out and maybe to marry me I love her and those kids so much. It’s like their the reason I wake up every day. He sits there and listens to me rant and rave about Bella and the kids and then nothing I sit there sweating my ass off waiting to hear his answer. Well you have to ask the kids but I think I’d be ok with it I know I don’t like your background but you seem to love them and I hope to god you don’t hurt them because if you I got a 3006 that shits 22 shells the have your name on it. I’m so happy I can’t help but smile till he shows me the bullets god I think I just s**t my pants. I’m not a great guy by far I’ve done things I’m not proud but man he scared me. I already asked Teddy and Elizabeth and they were more than happy to “sell” me their mama oh my I love those kids. The next step is to ask Bella out I can’t wait I’ll maybe have pops or George watch the kids hi I take her out on a proper date. I head back outside to see the most perfect woman standing there talking to her sisters where they’re all dress up she’s wearing jeans and a T-shirt my T-shirt to be precise you can’t believe how lucky I am she came to Texas to work at my bar with those beautiful kids. I hate how Martin f****d things up with her but I can’t help to be glad also cuz now it’s my turn and I won’t screw this up. Bella told me everything that happened with the get together with Martin and it showed up with not fair to those kids I don’t think he’ll ever change even if he says he will. Bella and I decide to take a walk since everything was over and the kids were spending time with pappy even spending the night with him. Now my chance I’m going to ask Bella hopefully I don’t get my heart broke because she wants her family back. Bella can I ask you something???? Sure what up Liam.
