“He wants me to charm Liam into purchasing the jewelry from our company. Can you believe that?” Vicky ranted, feeling slightly tipsy.

That was like a wake-up call to Vicky, making her calm down and look closely at her longest friend closely. She reached forward, placing her palm on Juliet’s shoulder as the visible bags under eyes became clearer. There was something off about Juliet and one could easily see it in her eyes.
