Jack I finished the pitch on our new product line and came out of the boardroom to find Robyn sitting next to our secretary’s desk. I noticed she was a bit tense, even though she was keeping her body language and her expression under tight control. She was smiling at us like she was a porcelain doll: beautiful, but fragile. I knew exactly what she was doing. She was testing us. She wanted to see how we would react to her in our workplace, in a public environment. She thought we would act differently around her in this setting than we would at home.
