I had never had a reason to go inside that area, so it was my first time setting eyes on the rather massive and sprawling two-story building. Unlike the drab factories and warehouses that surrounded it, the JP building looked ultra-modern, steel and glass, with a nicely manicured park surrounding it, and a full parking lot.
