My father, Beta Xavier, Gamma Justin and Matt circled them. One of the vampires looked at me his eyed widen as he pointed his boney finger at me “You! You’re the reason-” Matt instantly had the vampires throat in his mouth and dragged his decapitated corpse away from his group. Matts eyes pitch black as his pure white coat was covered in the vampires blood he looked at the group and was ready to attack again but he turned into his human naked form I blushed trying my best not to look at his perfect sculped abs and his cute butt he didn’t grab the clothes wrapped around his leg and his distorted voice came out as he spoke “Don’t any of you dare point a finger or dare so much as look at her direction unless you want me to kill you like I did your friend. Now who sent you?” Matt grabbed one by the throat while the others coward away to the edge of the circle Matt’s nails were becoming claws as he was getting impatient for an answer “Speak!” the vampire quietly sobbed as he pissed himself Matt growled “Pathetic.” He torn out the vampire’s throat and torn his head from his body. Matt looked at the remaining three and suddenly looked at my father. “Yes Alpha.” Matt stepped back and returned to his wolf form my father stepped forward and shifted into a human and calmly put his clothes. Once he was dressed he gazed at me and signaled me to come towards them I walked to them “Namine as you know being an Alpha comes with many responsibilities one being the safety of the pack how are the injured?” I looked at the vampires with anger and looked at my dad with pride “They are stable and will be fully healed in no time luckily we had no casualties in the shelter.” My father smiled at me and walked closer to the vampires with a wicked smile “You made a very big mistake attacking my pack now you die for your stupidity and I hope whatever tried to help conceal the last of you hears this well I will find you and kill you with my bare hands do not underestimate my pack! Suddenly everyone leaped onto the remaining vampires and tore their bodies into a pile of torn limbs.

Once everything calmed down. I was completely shaken by the awful smell of iron in the air it wasn’t my first-time seeing blood but the vampire’s blood reeked of heavy metallic mix of copper and sand it was really unpleasant. I looked around at the damage and was surprised that everyone acted so quickly to put out the random fires and started to repair the lands soil. Matt walked towards me and whispered in my ear “I think your friend is close by do you think she had anything to do with this?” “Pain? No way she loves werewolves?” “Nami you can’t be too careful and did you tell anything about the patrol changes we made for the party?” “Y-yeah she knew but only because I invited her to hangout later she wouldn’t have!” Matt looked at me with concern “I wont say anything to your dad but if anything happens like this again I can’t help you…” his eyes full of sadness as he softly spoke “The pack…comes first.” I looked at him as I reached for his hand “I know Matt. I’ll get to the bottom of this and if this was her I know what I have to do.” He grabbed my face with both hands “But will you do it is what concerns me.”
