Chapter Twenty-Four
“Axel-”
“Don't worry, I won’t let anyone try and hurt you,” he whispered as he tightened his hold on my waist.
I gave him a small smile as an answer which he returned. I sighed and looked ahead of us with determination. I can do this. As long as Axel is with me, I won’t care about anything they’ll throw at me. As long as my friends are here supporting all my decisions and guiding me towards the right way, I won’t give up. So, with my head held high, we walk inside the school taking all of their scrutinizing gaze.
The whole school already knows what happened. They all know how I chose Axel over his brother after everything that happened. There were even different stories on what happened and not one of them coincide with the truth about what really happen
