35. Starting Over, Again

After getting up the next morning, I waited for Mike and Tina to go through their morning routine and get Mia off to school.  I took my time getting dressed and freshening up for the day to give them time and for me to allow my confidence to grow a little bit more.   Based on the conversation that I overheard last night, Mike was always going to be overprotective of me and a little overbearing, but it was time that I stood on my own two feet again.  I wanted to go home, I wanted my own bed and I wanted to be there with Hunter right by my side.  He offered to stay while I talked to them, but I decided that it would be better if I handled that part alone, so he offered to pick up some groceries and clean out all the expired food from my fridge.  With Mia now off to school, Hunter kissed my
