THE RETURN TRIP ON the train was thankfully uneventful. Nick was made aware by agent Simpson that Jane and Charles had followed them onto the train and were seated one rail car behind them. Both Joey and Nick were very tense and Maggie only received grunts from either man as she pointed out the stunning scenery and the myriad colours of blue that belonged to the Mediterranean Sea. She was grateful when they rushed off the train and into a waiting taxi to return to the ship.
