Chapter 1: Peer Pressure
"Londyn?" I called out as I laid in my bed.
I heard Londyn with and then roll over in her bed. "What do you want Dee?" Londyn asked me irritatedly.
"My friend Kelsey needs some advice." I lied. Actually I am the one that needs the advice as well. I have a big problem, and I don't know what to do.
"Okay." Londyn mumbled.
"Kelsey is the same age as me, 14. She isn't very popular at school. But she wants to fit in with the popular crowd in her year." I explained.
"Continue."
"They told her that to get into their group that she has to sleep with a guy. But he is older, like he is 19 years old. What should she do?"
"She shouldn't do it." Londyn sat up and looked over at me. "It is not cool to do something just because you want to please someone. If you have to degrade yourself, or do something you are uncomfortable with then it isn't worth it."
"Thanks Londy."
I turned over in my bed and closed my eyes. I am going to convince Kelsey that we don't have to sleep with upperclassmen to be popular. I am not ready to sleep with anyone, so I don't mind not doing it. I don't want Kelsey to do it because I have a crush on Haddrick.
I have had a crush on Haddrick for about four or five months now. I think it began when he saved Kelsey and I at a party. That story is for another time though. Haddrick barely even notices though. He treats me like he does Londyn. Like I am his little sister. But we aren't even related.

"Go Haddrick!" I yelled as I watched him score another point for our team. "Go Opie!" I yelled to his best friend.
After the game was over I waited for the crowd to disperse a little before making my way over to Haddrick. "Congratulations on the win." I smiled up at him.
Haddrick smirked down at me. "Thanks Dal." He wiped his forehead. "Nice cheering out there tonight. You all really motivated us to win. You should come out and eat with us."

"And Jenna said that it didn't even hurt!" Kelsey said loudly beside of me. "I think I am going to try to do it with Kevin pretty soon. I want to get it over with. I think you and I are the last in our grade."
"Shh!" I rolled my eyes at Kelsey. "Could you please stop talking about it. Not everyone and their brother needs to know that I haven't done it yet. And I don't mind waiting unlike you."
"Sorry, but I am not about to be laughed at and tortured for the rest of the year." Kelsey shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look.
