LOGAN’S POV
I had never thought someone so close would betray us. I never expected the lady could betray me like that. She looked so young and innocent. It was hard to believe she could do that. How could she even dare? She had no fear for the result? Surely, she had to pay for it.
I walked out of my room and walked to the garden where she was held. It was not going to be possible to interrogate her with no one knowing so I took her to a secret room , where the maids and guards would definitely not find.
She shivered as she stared at me like something had happened. I knew she would know what I called her for. She buried her head immediately and bowed.
