CALISTA’S POV
He came rather too quickly. I did not expect to see him so soon. He looked so sad and sorry like something had happened. I did not know what to expect when he came close towards me.
He tried to touch my feet but I moved his hands away from me. I did not want to have anything to do with him. He walked out of the room, leaving me all alone after all he had asked me if I had had lunch. I did not know what he was up to but I hoped it wasn’t something crazy. He could try to do anything and I knew I had to be at alert.
I had to be careful and try so hard to not let anything or anyone make me feel uncomfortable even though I was. I waited for seconds, minutes yet he did not return. I was beginning to think he had gone somewhere else. Possibly to see someone else.
