I was so upset to see him there and I approached him quickly, to get my guards away from his hands. I was however forced to an halt when father pierced my guard's neck and causing my eyes to widen.
“If you come a foot closer, I will not hesitate to kill him. Do not try me.” He responded and even though standing on that spot was the last thing I wanted to do, I had to. Not like I had a choice anyway. I was upset yet I could not exhibit it. At that point, I knew I had to be calm and bargain with him. I knew he meant what he had said concerning the guard.
Calista stood there, rather shocked as I knew she had no idea of what was unfolding and I did not want to get her or my driver involved in it. Whatever was going on would definitely be between me and him.
