LOGAN’S POV
I stepped down and went to the hall for the ceremony. The maids had informed me that everyone had gathered downstairs and as a result, the event had to start. People had gathered and were felicitating. The atmosphere seemed cool so far. Everyone seemed to be in a very good mood.
The environment however changed the moment she sighted me. The moment they sighted me, the bubble in the party died immediately and it was immediately replaced by their judgey eyes and whispers.
The environment wasn’t so serene as there were still people looking around to see if I was there and they were also whispering. It however got even worse the moment they sighted me. The judgey look in their eyes and the whispers heightened.
