Calista’s POV
Taking Gwen away from the pack brought so much joy and happiness. It felt so good that she was going to be with me and I was going to keep watch over her.
Everyone watched in surprise as I led her away as it was still quite early. Escaping at that point would have been easier because the guards were barely available to watch me. I led her to my room and I could see the surprise on the guards’ faces. They probably still believed I was indoor.
“I promise to watch over you and make sure nothing happens to you.” I assured her and held her hands.
“You do not have anything to worry about. I really do wish you can allow me go back to my space. I.. I do not want to be here.” She spoke.
