Blurb

Long before the blood wars, before the groves were ash and silence, the world was balanced. Druids, ancient stewards of the elements, thrived in sacred forests, steeped in sunlight and storm. They healed the land, whispered to the roots, and carried old songs of fire, water, earth, air, and light.

They were the breath of the world.

And then the vampires came. Not as monsters at first. No, they were clever, quiet. Born of hunger and shadow, they moved beneath moonlight, feeding from the edges of mortal life. But when one of them tasted druid blood… everything changed.

It gave them more than strength. It gave them shadow and blood magic. Heightened senses and immortality that no longer drifted into decay. Druid blood became an elixir and the druids, prey.

Covens were slaughtered. Sacred groves were defiled. Earth was torn apart to bury what couldn’t be saved. And still, the vampires came, adaptive, ruthless, unstoppable.

The druids dwindled. Their songs fading and those who survived scattered like wind-blown leaves, clinging to secrecy and hope.

In the heart of one sanctuary, the Hidden Grove, a girl was raised in secret. Seraphina was born of prophecy. Marked by elemental legacy. She is the last of her bloodline. The last hope for a dying world. But hope does not come without a price. Seraphina' must choose who will lead by her side,

💜 Karthik, the Gray Sourcerer and childhood friend who speaks to the shadows in her soul

🖤 Zyndar, the dark elf prince, has already vowed to raze Eldara to ash and ruin, just to claim her. His obsession is fire and fury, bound by shadow and desire. “You were born to be mine, little flame,” he whispers, blade to throat, “and I’ll burn kingdoms to prove it.”

Waiting beyond to fulfill the prophecy is Deandor, the Dragon King, he summoned her through visions: “Come to me, Seraphina. Your spirit fire is waking. And only I can tame what I helped create.”

Torn between monsters and monarchs, seduction and survival, Seraphina must choose who she will become, weapon, queen, or something the world has never seen before.

The war for the elements has begun again. And at its center stands a girl of blood and fire.

The Last Hidden Grove
For as long as she could remember, Seraphina had lived in hiding. Her earliest memories were not of sunlit forests or open fields, but of whispered warnings, hurried footsteps in the dark, and the scent of smoke from fallen covens. She had never known a true home. Her mother, Yara, had carried her through endless nights of escape, through dense woods and frozen rivers, moving faster than fear. Yara never spoke of where they were going, only of where they could not stay. "We are meant to fight," Yara had once murmured, cradling Seraphina close beneath the stars. Brushing her silver hair that shimmers like the night sky from her eyes. She noticed that her hair is not only different from her mother, but also from every other druid or witch they ever met. She wondered if her father had silver hair like her, but she never dared ask her mother, the sadness in her eyes told Seraphina' all she needed to know, her father fought bravely for this war. Seraphina's clothing was a simple gray tunic but her mothers was adorned with symbols and patterns of constellations reflecting the Druid affinity with the Stars. Yara' bright green eyes glanced gently at her daughter's, the one feature they share, she wispered "But not today. Today, we survive." And so they ran. From coven to coven, always leaving before the dawn could betray them. Then came the Hidden Grove, the last stronghold of the druids. Here, Seraphina stayed the longest, five whole years. Here, she felt safe, if only for a breif moment.
