"Mine? NO! Out of ALL the werewolves in the world YOU had to be my mate!!! UGH" I yelled in frustration and stomping my way into the kitchen. 

'Come one. Once you think about it, Ryan isn't that bad, and plus he's smoking hot.' My wolf, Alpine said with a cheerful voice 

'How could you think that! he is a nightmare.' I said while poring myself a cup of coffee.

"I'm sorry did you say.. Mine? As in Mate?" My dad asked, following me into the kitchen 

"Yup. I don't even get breakfast an i find my---mate" I say taking a long drink in between my sentence. 'and its the one guy I hate.' I say in my mind. 

"This is great! Your mates with someone that can protect you." My dad says walking over to me. 

"Dad, I've never been to fond of finding my mate. I have always thought it was stupid on how you had to spend the rest of your life with someone that not who you choose." I said sitting on a bar stool "It's just I don't-" I sigh "I hate him, dad." I say as my wolf whimpers

"Y'know if you gave me a chance you could end up liking me" Ryan suddenly said. 

"How long have you've been standing there. Were you listening to our conversation." I say standing up and getting defensive. "You know its rude to eavesdrop" I say with an intense stare 

"I've been waiting to do this for a while now." He says as he rushes to me and kisses me. 

I moan and get sucked into the kiss. He taste amazing, then I realized who I was kissing. "S-stop it" I say pushing him off me as my wolf whimpered. 

'Why aren't you accepting him. His wolf spoke to me, Ryan is hurting because you don't want him. His wolf, Sean told me he has been in love with you since he was 10 and he hates how yo don't accept him. Just love him like he loves you.' Alpine said in a small sob 'Your hurting me and them.' She said in a breaking voice

At this point I couldn't hold it in. I was hurt by what Alpine told me. "I-I didn't know. I'm sorry." I said out loud

"Didn't know what? Ryan Asked me looking hurt and confused

"That you've been in love with me for 8 years." I said turning away "Dad, can you give us a moment" I said looking at my coffee.

"How'd you know?" Ryan asked while stepping closer

"your wolf told my wolf..somehow..and my wolf told me you and Sean are hurting. I'm sorry that I'm hurting you but you've known that I hate mates ever since we first met at the age of 5. I will try for you bu its going to be hard. Do you think you can you handle me?" I said grabbing his hand and looking deeply into his eyes.

He raised his hand and cupped my check "I will wait for as long as you want me" he said then bent down and kissed me.
