My mother rushed to the hospital with Charity's grandmother. They all looked worried for her, but I know that I need to think of Charles too because he witnessed how his mother was hit by a car. I am scared that, maybe, Charles had trauma from witnessing it.
“Oh, my Charity!” Grandma Esme cried so loud, she automatically fell on the floor while sobbing. I looked away when I saw she was afraid that maybe her beloved granddaughter would be dead.
“Esme, you should calm down. I know that Charity will be alright. You should trust your granddaughter, she's a fighter.”
