We had Thanksgiving at our house, as was the new tradition, and then we had Christmas at Gavin’s house. For New Year’s Eve, we decided to have a party at our house. My mother took Ari for the night. It was the first of many more NYE parties to come.
March came with Jaxson’s 16th birthday. He wanted to have a small family dinner with cake instead of a party. He also wanted to invite a few friends to go to Dave & Busters at the mall. Our parents and my brother came for the dinner and cake. Everyone got him clothes and gift cards.
When we took him to D&B, we gave him a card with $100 to use on games. His friends each had their own money, but we gave them each an additional $20. The boys all had so much fun. They played a lot of competition games together, so they didn’t get much for ticket
