Missy’s trial started the last week of March. The kids had gone to school in the morning before Jonah and I dropped Ari off at Diana’s. We didn’t want them to miss school unless absolutely necessary. If the kids had to testify, then we’d keep them out of school. The trial started with opening statements from both the DA and Missy’s attorney.
