“TODAY I’m going to give the Test Books of the Maths test held last week,” Mr Mishra, the Mathematics teacher, said to Emon’s class.
The whole class fell silent.
“You two go and get the Test Books from the staff-room,” Mr Mishra said to two boys sitting on one of the front desks of the class.
The two boys went out of the class-room.
A few minutes later, the boys came back with the Test Books and put them on the teacher’s table.
Mr Mishra picked up a Test Book and opened it. Then he looked around the class and said: “I’m happy to tell you that six boys got hundred out of hundred. And eighteen boys got above ninety.”
