ONE DAY at school during the long-break, Emon was on the big playground. He was walking towards the area where his class was playing cricket when Ritu Rajkhowa, the Games Captain of his class, ran upto him and said: “Aoi Emon, we are playing a cricket match against Eight-B tomorrow after classes. I’ve made a list of the team. Want to see it?”
Ritu gave Emon a piece of paper with the names of some boys of their class. Emon looked through the names. Then he gave the piece of paper back to Ritu and said: “But there are only six names, what about the other five? And who will be the twelfth man?”
