“Merry Christmas Eve!” Cari happily greeted each customer as they came in to pick up last-minute goodies to either give as a gift or enjoy themselves. People were clearing the shelves of all the baked goods, and the register hummed. Main Street was buzzing with last-minute shoppers full of the Christmas spirit. Cari couldn’t remember a better holiday season for the store.
