OUR WORLD

It was early at 6:23 AM in school bus, pupils were making noise while the school bus driver drives to the school. Amos was busy trying to complete his school assignment with his other friends making fun of him always completing his school assignments in school bus. At 7 O'clock prompt, they were in a biology class, listening to the interesting lecture of Mr. Aristotle., Amos was carried away by nothing, he couldn't understand what he was hearing. Cecilia threw a roughly folded paper at him which made others laughed, Amos hissed and smile, he mimicked Mr. Aristotle's accent which made other pupils laughed out loud. Mr. Aristotle paused and looked at all the pupils, he smiled,shook his head and went straight to Amos. "Amos, Can you kindly walk gently to the front and explain the reasons why they laughed" Mr. Aristotle said with his hand on Amos shoulder, Amos stood gently and walked to the front while Mr. Aristotle sat on his locker. Amos stood quietly with his hands at his back and his face down, Mr. Aristotle told him to speak or else he would face the consequences. "Sir, " Amos said before he was interrupted by Mr. Aristotle "point of correction,No sir, it's Mr Aristotle " the whole class said those words simultaneously with Mr. Aristotle. Amos cleared his throat and continued "Mr. Aristotle, what is the reason why you will tell me to speak the reason why others laughed when they can speak for themselves " everyone laughed at what Amos said, Mr. Aristotle shun everyone and replied "This is my class for two hours and my hours haven't expire,so I decide what to do in my class Amos the wise. Tell me or you will have to do the whole research on the remaining topics to be treated in this semester and explain to your mates " Amos then said "I don't understand the explanation about what you were teaching,so they noticed and they all laughed at me" Mr. Aristotle shook his head again and looked at all the pupils and he told Amos to sit on his chair, He told them a story just to make what he was teaching about humans life span more understanding. "Long time ago, people grew old but lived long before dieing.A scientist noticed that the life span of humans were reducing, like people no longer lived up to one hundred and fifty or seventy years, he was so anxious to find the reasons. So he started a research which he named "The Fixed Imperfection",he did a lot of research and experiment which failed but he kept doing more and more until he found and claimed that humans lifespan are reducing due to the wickedness, forming of chemical and other product made by man, he said they are threat to humans lives. Many scientist were against him, they said his research were invalid .He became a threat threat to all because he never stopped, he made further research on how to make humans live longer or probably live forever which was a bad business for those making drugs for sickness, hospitals, coffin makers, and the likes. His like was at stake, so he had to run to a deep forest with his wife and daughter, he was found but his wife and daughter were never found for centuries now, even his research were never discovered to be destroyed. So who knows, no human wants to die, so may be humans life span can be prolonged "
