The Unexpected Love

Everyone started hating Reginald after finding out the truth in Marsha and Kimberly's case. They found out that he was a play boy and wasn't worth their love and care.

I was going to the school canteen for some snacks when Reginald's friends came to me and started giving me warnings to be careful with me going close to Kimberly. I guess they saw me when I was talking to her. I told them that they're not the ones to dictate. They wanted to beat me but I stopped them and started laughing at them. They were confused and started looking at each other's faces. " Oh you're shocked right?, so you people are also defending this rude guy anytime", I told them. " How dare you call our friend rude" they shouted at me. I told them not to think that Reginald is their friend at all because Reginald doesn't see them as one. Do you know that Reginald sees you guys as his minions. You always do what he wants without thinking about yourselves, he sees you as his slaves ordering you here and there. Oh I guess he told you guys to come and fight me as a revenge to what I did to him. I told them they're wasting their precious time been with someone who doesn't value them. I told them that they deserve someone who would value their friendships and not insult them and dictate things to them.

They were quiet when I was talking to them. Looks like I was able to convince them to stay away from Reginald. I told them to think about it and see that what I am telling them is true. I then left them with their confused faces. They kept staring at each other then Scott told Eddie that he thinks what what I told them is true. Reginald was treating them like trash, he doesn't value their friendships and they should do something about it. Eddie agreed with him and both of them decided to stay away from him because they've learnt their lessons. They went back to their class, sat down quietly without talking to Reginald. Everyone in the class was shocked when they saw his friends reaction towards him. They kept asking each other what's going on.

School closed and Reginald approached his friends asking them how the plan went but they didn't mind him but walked out on him. He was confused, Marsha was going home when Reginald stopped her to ask how his plans has been going but Marsha walked out on him. " What at all is happening at the blind side of my eye" he asked himself looking confused. As he was walking to his car, a girl stepped on his foot on the way, he started shouting at her and insulting her. The girl then stopped him immediately and told him to watch the way he talks to girls. She told him that does he think that she'll plead with him, she'll never do that. All the respect she had for him is gone and gone forever. She sees him as a nobody. As soon as she finished, she left him. Reginald started asking himself " was she talking to me?, a whole me?" . He then entered his car quietly and drove off with anger.

He went home, his maid greeted him he didn't respond, he went to his room looking confused and shocked to see all those things happening in front of him. His mom knocked and entered, she welcomed him and asked him what's wrong. Reginald told her what happened, he said " can you imagine that even my friends do not respect me anymore?, they walked out on me when I asked them a question". " I think someone is behind all these, I mean someone had fed them with some informations" his mother suggested. " Who could this person be?" He asked. Mom please excuse me, I need to rest,I had a very bad day. " Won't you have dinner with me son? " His mom asked. " I said excuse me, I'm not hungry " he shouted on his mom. She then left him. Mrs. Denny started thinking about what her son told her some minutes ago. She thought that, the girl he slapped the other day might be the one behind all these. She wanted to go back and tell but she remembered that he said he needs some time to himself.

For the first time in his lifetime, Reginald was worried he's never been worried over anything before but this thing happening to him made him more worried than ever. "Is she the one behind all these?" He kept questioning himself. " No maybe they might be angry about something else and not angry with me, I'm going to find out tomorrow" he thought.

Early in the morning, I was very happy to go to school because I knew what's about to happen that day. " Today, Reginald would loose the battle and I, Fiona Gallagher will put him in his place after that. He needs to be taught a bitter lesson, hahaha" I thought and laughed while preparing for school. I called Francesca that morning and told her to come over so that we can go to school together. She was shocked and asked that why am I going so early. I told her everything and she was very happy to hear that. She came to my house after few hours and we walked to school together.

We entered the class and Marsha came to hug me, "I didn't expect you to come so early because you're always late" I told her. She told me that she couldn't wait to show Reginald a lesson that was why she came early.

I asked if Kimberly is in, she told me not yet. We had to wait for Kimberly and Reginald's friends to come then we can discuss what to do next. " Wow Fiona so you were able to get all these people by your side" Francesca asked. I told her that yes and that was very easy. I told her to get ready for the drama at the canteen this afternoon. Reginald would loose and I will win.

Our teacher came in and we sat down. After his lesson, Kimberly and Reginald's friends came to my class. I began to tell them what they'll do at the canteen. " Now Scott and Eddie, you guys will be with Reginald pretend that you have nothing against him, go to the canteen with him, eat with him as usual. Kimberly will come there after that and we'll know what to do next". They all agreed and left. Our second lesson started and we started learning. Whiles learning, I couldn't wait for the second break to come for us to execute this plan of mine.

After four lessons, we went on our second break, I came out of the class and saw Reginald and his friends going to the canteen. He bumped into a guy on his way and they guy told him to watch his way and left. He got confused but ignored him and head towards the canteen with his friends. As I looked at them, I said " you would now know who you messed with the other day".

They were at the canteen and Reginald asked his friends why they put up those behaviors yesterday, they answered him that they were not in the mood to talk that's why. He got angry and shouted at them to at least talk to him than to walk out on him. Kimberly then entered and said" hey man shut up over there, do you even regard them as your friend?, lemme tell you something that you don't even deserve their love or care, I never knew you were a cheat , rude and arrogant as well. Everyone liked you right but now you've lost all that because you're not worth it, so you never loved me and nobody even knew that we were dating, hahaha, as if you care, all that you wanted to do was to be a guy with so many girls around him". " How dare you talk to me like that ", he shouted at her trying to slap her and his Scott held his hand." Don't you dare touch her else...". " Else what Scott didn't you hear what she said" he shouted. "Those words are true Reginald, you never saw us as your friends, we were like minions to you, and about Kimberly, you never loved her and you were with Marsha but went on to be with Kimberly", Scott told him. " Me with Kimberly? That's not true, everyone knows that I'm with Marsha and I love her too" he said. Marsha then entered and slapped him by saying" you liar and deceitful human being, what do you even know about love?,you never loved me and never regard me as your girlfriend, you caused me pain and I was a fool when I decided to let all of that go and love you, I was nothing to you and not only me but Kimberly and other girls on campus". Kimberly continued by telling him" that everyone loved you and we never realized that you were treating us like trash only one person saw that and told us the truth. Now we all know your true identity " A girl shouted at the back" you're handsome but ugly inside and that makes you ugly ". Everyone laughed mockingly.

I think you're looking for the girl who did that right?, Eddie asked. Francesca came and told him that" the girl you hated, the one you were trying to revenge on, the one you slapped some weeks ago on your way home because she told you to drive carefully". He was speechless, he couldn't talk whiles all these things was happening. " Yes Fiona Gallagher " she's the one I'm talking about. I then entered and started clapping my hands and said" good jobs guys, you've really put him in his place where he belong, loneliness, this is what you deserve, you don't deserve all the love and care everyone gives to you but you don't show same " I did all these so that everyone would know who you truly are that would change the notion that, you're so handsome, cute and all that accolades they use to give to you". Everyone now knows that you have an ugly behavior and that makes you ugly. They all laughed.

Reginald left them with an angry face and drove home. "Oh he's gone home already, that serves him right".

I have changed the narrative that they show their love and affection to only rich and handsome or beautiful students. Now everyone loved anybody regardless their status. Let's see what happens in the next chapter. Would Reginald change or still be who he is after All that had happened to him?
