"Enough about me, why did you not divorce Jeremy after school?"
He asked and i stared at him in shock.
"How do you know that?" I asked, he chuckled and said " I have known for a really long while now."
"Did Jeremy tell you?" I asked.
" No, he didn't, I've always made it a point to know these things. I mean you, suddenly working and living in the Winston estate raised a serious flag with me, people asked questions.
But people were ready and willing yo believe whatever crap Jeremy said.
But he was my best friend and I know when he's not being honest." He said.
"I was married off to pay a debt." I said
" Mira, that I understand even though i think, your parents should be arrested for that.
