  Adrian's POV   "They're already choosing sides."   The change had started before anyone left the room.   You could feel it in the way people didn't speak to the same ones they stood beside before. In the way distance formed without being acknowledged.   Theo didn't raise his voice when he said it.   The words settled into the space between us with the same weight as everything that had just happened.   I didn't respond immediately.   We stood away from the others, far enough that no one would overhear, but not far enough to pretend we weren't still part of it. The court hadn't dispersed completely. It never did after something like that. Not until everyone understood where they stood.   And right now, no one did.   Movement continued behind us. No one rushed. No one reacted open
