The summons were sent immediately they felt it which gave the feeling this had already gone too far.
The inner court did not gather quickly. Not unless something forced it. Even then, there were steps.
This time, none of that happened.
No delay or attempt to suppress the summons.
Which meant whatever Selene had done cannot be managed.
