Once she knew that she was definitely moving out of Sunshine, Charlotte sprang into action. She worked diligently to declutter their home and spruce it up to near perfection so she could list it for sale. Dunc had dealt with most problems pretty promptly over the years, so very little serious work was required. Once listed, it sold in two weeks.
