The previous chapter covered a number of years, but I wanted to demonstrate, in particular, how the arrival of the next generation and the teacher shuffles in my English department seemed to be coordinated by the Powers Above, which I certainly believe to be true.
Now, I need to elaborate on some of the events that occurred over those years. First off, I will do something I have kind of avoided up until now, but which will probably assist readers in understanding some of the decisions we made along the way – stating our ages.
