Breaking free from over protectiveness

I was given birth to through the aid of vitro fertilization, don't get me wrong, I am 100% my parents one and only child. I was born premature after seven month of me being implanted in my mother's womb. I grew up but I had asthma, my parents could not have any other kid any more. So the rules originated. I never went to school, I was home schooling right from when I was old enough to study.#1 I was not allowed to go out unless my parents would take me out.#2 I was not allowed to make friends.#3 I was not allowed to go to the mall.#4 I was not allowed to eat pepper.#5 I was not allowed to go to party or drink alcohol.#6 I was not allowed to drive even at seventeen.#7 I was not allowed to go on a date.#8 I was not not allowed to go for summer holidays or camping#9 I was not allowed to go for skateboarding.#10 No musical concert.#11 BLA, BLA, BLA and bla My name is Bella, I am seventeen turning eighteen in some few month time. I have no social life and my world is just in the house, more like a jail. I don't know when I am finally gonna be free. "Belle, honey,my friend is coming over so she wants you to meet her child, funny enough I have never met him before, but she has met you how so unfair"Liliana, my mom came into my room. Mom talks a lot and sometimes she forgets how she even started the conversation. I rolled my eye and just said ok. Well the good thing about this whole thing was that I could make friends for the first time in my life. I never knew Jenny, mom's friend had a child, she never talks about one. I got dress up in my pink shiny blouse and black pant, made my hair and did a very light make up for casual event. Finally, Jenny arrived with her, child, mom welcomed them and went to bring some drinks for them. While I was in my room still getting ready to come out. "Mom, I told you I don't wanna be here, I should be hanging out with the guys right now" said a voice like that of a teenage guy. "Look, I just want you to meet my friend's daughter and may be the two of you will become friends and you will stop being a snub" Jenny said. "Mom, you are the only one who thinks, I'm a snub, I got a lot of friends and I'm also the lead vocal of band"he said "I just want you to help........"Jenny was saying as my talkative mom came in. Mom and Jenny were talking but I heard my mom's voice the most, the guy wasn't saying a word so I guessed he was typing on his phone. That was when I went downstairs to meet them "Hey, bella, you are here"Jenny said. Beside Jenny was this cute, hot guy with an awesome hair style, just as I have guessed he was typing on his phone, but he looked up on hearing his mom. Now our eyes was in direct contact with the other. I can't imagine that a cute rock star looking guy like him can admire me just as he is doing right now. "Bella, this is my son, Jake, Jake this is Bella, Liliana daughter"Jenny said. "Hi"he said with a faint smile "Hello Jakes" I said back Mom, once again started a conversation with Jenny and the two of them were engrossed in the conversation. Jake and I decided that I take him round our huge house, so we started conversing in the process. "So which school do you attend"Jake asked catching me off guard. "Actually, I home school"I answered. "Any special reason?"he asked "I prefer not to answer"I said He got a message from his friends and looked super excited. I moved closer, raised my brow and asked him,"what's up?" "My band and I will be performing tomorrow at the cool night night concert tomorrow, that's a dream come true, that concert is very important and popular"Jake said. I covered my mouth with both of my hand in excitement and said "OMG, you mean you're in a band" I said "Yep, I am the lead vocal, I always rock on stage"Jake said "Wow that's awesome"I said "Do you listen to rock music?"Jake asked "Yep, but in secrete my parents thinks it's too loud and could destroy my hear drum"I said as I rolled eye just thinking about my parents thought. Then, I saw Jake laughing,"what's so funny Jake?" I asked. "You parents are so funny, like how would rock music destroy your hear drum" he said still laughing. I rolled my eyes and just said "stop that Jake, it's not funny" He saw that I was a bit offended, so he stopped laughing and said "Do you know how to play any instrument?" I didn't want to answer but he was bent on me answering him. "I only play the violin"I whispered not wanting him to hear but to my surprise he heard and had a weird expression on his face, I felt awkward so I changed the topic "You've not told me about your school yet" I said "Actually, I attended, Talent builder high school and I am very popular in school, I was the bad boy, teacher's night mere, girls crush , that's all, last summer was so epic and so much fun especially for me"Jake said "what happened?"I asked "Don't tell me you don't know, it's all around the net, I turned the place around a little bit, I want you to come to the concert tomorrow, you can still get the ticket online before night time,I will like to see you there tomorrow, it is starting by eight"he said "But..." I was saying "Jake, Bella, Jenny is going now"Jenny said. "Mom never knows the right time to disturb" he said rolling his eyes. Then suddenly he leaned forward to me and whispered "You look extremely cute, belle, that's what I like to call ya, see you tomorrow ? night" he winked at me ? and I couldn't help but blush we went back to mom and Jenny and they were to exit but Jake turned back smiled and winked, just as a reminder for tomorrow night plan. Now Jake was gone but I have to figure out a way to get to the concert,I started by getting the ticket online, I looked into my closet and found this cute short strapless gown, with sweet heart neck, as usual the dress was shining and it was onion purple. Finally, it was the day of the concert, I to my room at seven Pm, pretended as if I went to sleep so that parents wouldn't suspect anything, got dressed, combed my hair did one make up and went, using my Google map to locate the address.
