Charlie

Unfortunately, Amber, Jordan, Maia, Noah, and I were given random seats, so we weren’t sitting together. At least I had Noah in front of me and Amber behind me. We also all had aisle seats, so speaking to each other would be made simpler. Our flight was late in the evening, though, so my bandmates wanted to try and get some sleep. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to sleep on this flight due to my overwhelming excitement, I tried to simmer down by scrolling through my phone. Someone tapped my shoulder lightly, causing me to look up. Beside me was a girl who looked to be about my age, but couldn’t be older than me. "Excuse me, but are you Charlie Castelle?” she whispered. "Yup, that's me," I smiled. "Oh my gosh, I'm Blaire. It’s such an incredible honour to meet you. I’m a huge fan. I love you so much. Oh my gosh. Hi,” she stumbled over her words, she was speaking so fast. "Hi," I replied. "Charlie, are you talking to yourself or something?" Amber joked from behind me, “You know that’s frowned upon in public.” I rolled my eyes and introduced Amber to our fan. Noah soon woke up from in front of me and turned around to join our conversation. Blaire seemed to be as big of a fan of us as I was of this boy band we were on our way to meeting. I found that amusing. When the plane landed, Amber, Noah, and I parted ways with our fan. We hurried to find Jordan and Maia. It wasn’t too difficult a task, despite Maia’s short stature, because Jordan was so tall. "Y'all I think we saw Rudy and Quinn!" Maia exclaimed as she and Jordan ran to us. My jaw dropped. "They're here already?" "Girls, there they are!" Amber pointed out to the boys across the airport, surrounded by security guards. Of course, we ran towards them like the crazy fans we all were. Hakim turned towards us first. He looked frazzled, which was fair. Gavyn, Rudy, Quinn, and Erys turned to us in sequence. Each of their faces was priceless; a combination of surprise, fear, and excitement. We stopped two inches away from their bodyguards.  "Hey," I said, trying to act casual, while leaning on Jordan and slipping my hand in Noah’s. "Hello girls," Rudy said in his beautiful accent, which made me melt inside. "Come with us to the limo outside, it’ll take us to mine and Rudy’s place," Erys said. Still holding hands with Noah, we followed five of our favorite men towards an incredibly large limo. I honestly felt like I was going to cry of joy. Sure, I had already met the boys before, but we were going to Rudy and Erys's mansion to work on original songs with them! How could I not be excited about all of this?
