Chapter 22
The sun soon rose as a sign that any normal person would be beginning to get up. I'd been awake since I'd had the nightmare and my head had just been turning over everything, including what Cordelia had told me. Just gone six o'clock, I headed up to the bathroom to go and get a shower. I turned on the water to let the water warm up as I grabbed my towel and put it where I could reach it once I was finished, then stripped off and got into the hot shower. I stood in the shower, letting the hot water wash over my body. I couldn't help myself as I closed my eyes, letting all my muscles relax a little as I tried my best to forget what had happened. "Hello?" I heard a faint voice out of the shower and frowned a little. My door wasn't open and I certainly didn't have visitors either, so there
