GIDEON'S POV
During my usual morning examination the next day, the physician gave vague details of the new healer who had taken care of me.
He only knew she was a former banished woman, but that was not enough information.
We had had many banished for breaking pack rules and laws because Willow Ridge was not kind to defaulters. So, when I sent out the letter, I hoped desperately that my guess had not been wrong. Otherwise, I would be inviting an absolutely different person into my space.
But if I was right about what I'd felt, then she would be here soon.
